Alienware Tactx Keyboard Light Sync

Hello all,

I recently purchased the Alienware TactX keyboard for my Aurora R3 desktop.  This is probably a silly question so prepare yourselves.

I cannot get the TactX keyboard to sync up with the light spectrum changes on my desktop.  First world problems, I know. 

Even though the sync is activated and the Command Center software is up to date, it will not change with the spectrum changes of the desktop.  Any ideas?
