Alienware X51 R3 Front USB Issue
Hi
I bought an X51 a little while ago and the front upper usb port does not work. It always gives me the device not recognized message not matter what I do. I have tried multiple usb devices with no luck. All devices work on the usb port directly below it without issues I have tried updating drivers, uninstalling them, restore points, nothing works. All other usb ports work just fine. The PC is brand new and it's getting a little frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
The port that you’re having issues with is a 3.0 port. We would recommend reinstalling the Intel Chipset driver, the Intel Management Engine Driver, and the ASMedia USB 3.0 driver.
Finally, you can also update the system BIOS.
