Alienware alienwarefx suddenly not working! (Area-51 R2)
Since owning the Area-51 R2 I've never had any trouble at all with it, either the computer or the command centre. But for some reason since this afternoon the little alienware head in the bottom right of the taskbar is now grey with red eyes, and when I try to open it nothing happens, and the same when I right-click. I used to get a small list of things before but now absolutely nothing appears. Anyone know what could be wrong? Cheers!

Hi,
This could be a glitch with the Alienware Command Center application. Try reinstalling the software. Click here for the download link. Uninstall it from Programs and Features first, then restart the system and install it again.

It's suddenly working again now without me doing anything, so I guess it was just a glitch! The link is handy though in case I do need to re-install it at a later date. Many thanks for the swift reply.

You're welcome Colin,
Hopefully, you will not experience that issue again but if it happens again just try reinstalling the Command Center software.
