Alienware aurora Thermal sensors not working

Hello recently i bought my alienware aurora R4 and sometimes when i boot the computer it starts to get very loud and the fans go to 99% the thermal sensors instead has as temperature 0 so i need every time to reboot the computer i already tried to reinstall the alienware command center but it didn't work there is another solution?

Reinstalling the Command Center on it's own most likely won't solve the issue.
There is a 'hidden folder' called Thermal Controllers in "My Documents". That needs to be deleted whenever you're doing a re-installation of the Command Center.

Another work around that I like using is having the Thermal Controllers set to the Manual Curve.

Also, which Operating System are you using? Windows 7 or Windows 8?

Yes, Whenever you reinstall the Command Center, you also have to delete that folder.

Try using the Manual Curve (instead of the Auto Mode) to see if the fan speed normalizes.

last time it happened i tryied to use manual mode but the fan decresead only to 55% even athe the minimum

i tried the unistall deleting all the folders but still i have the same problem there isn't another way ?
