Alienware m17 r3 booting issue

Im  from HUNGARY.Europe.

Recent buy the new ALIENWARE m17 r3 laptop from Budapest.

After 6 mounth install windows 8pro 64 in my laptop.

 After windows 8 logo come on the system freez.

I reinstall  Windows 7 home premium original and the system freez if windows logo come on.

I try repear installation with bootrek commands but the problem remain.

Please help mi if possible.

What doing for repair this issue.
