Alienware m18x One Beep / Random Freeze

Hello ,

   I have a 2 years old Alienware m18XR1 laptop. I have a problem now. My computer freezes randomly with showing red, yellow, white screen. When it happens I have to shut it down by pressing power button. When I open it, it sometimes open with no problem and I can use it normally. But sometimes it does not open. It gives me one beep and nothing more.

   As I said this randomly happens. Sometimes, like I don’t try to open for a couple of days, I push to power button and it opens as there was no problem. Generally after that sometimes 2-3 day, sometimes 3-4 hour later everything can happen again.

   I restrored to factory setting and the problem still happens. What should i do ?
