Alienware m18x Spacebar gets Stuck

As the title says, my spacebar sometimes gets stuck. This happens sometimes after I press it. There is a temporary fix, which is to press on the plastic bar under the spacebar. If I do that, the spacebar pops back up, but obviously that's not permanent. I was wondering if there is a permanent fix besides replacing the keyboard.
