Alienware x51 - Start up issue

First and foremost, I'm not sure if this is solved for other people or what this issue is called so bare with me.

So basically my x51 is powering on. (Lights, fans, etc) but apparently I don't recieve a signal to my monitor. Also, my keyboard and mouse don't turn on either.

I don't hear any beeps or any weird sounds. I have tried to take out the graphics card and tried using HDMI directly to the tower, also took out ram cards and heard I believe 2 beeps. So if anyone knows what is going on that would be great. I would really appreciate any feedback!
