Area 51-R2, 2015, GTX 1080
Hi
I have an Area R2 2015 edition with GTX980. I recently bought a GTX1080. After I installed it. I can't power up my system. It's just "bi bi bi bi bi bi". I found that there is a metal extension board on GTX980. However my Zotac GTX1080 is a little longer than GTX980, and no screw holes to install the metal extension board. What should I do? Please help me out. I upload the image of the metal extension board of GTX980.

You should not need that metal extension board. If installed correctly into the PCIe x16 slot (it clicked as you seated it), the plastic PCI locks are locked, and both of the power supply leads are connected to the video card, it should work?
