Aurora R3 - internal HDD performance

Just wondering if the numbers I'm seeing is what I should expect. Simply using Windows 7 performance assessment tool. Check out the random read performance.  Starting something as simple as a TeamSpeak3 client takes about 8 seconds from double-click to open window.  Please tell me I'm an idiot and I'm missing something very simple and obvious... This is a freshly installed and patched OS, recommended Dell drivers, some basic apps, and Norton Internet Security product.

1. Is this a 7200rpm mechanical drive?

2. Try this:

Your Samsung bench looks fine.

This is from my spinning drive ... WD 1tb 7200rpm Black Series SATA2.
