Aurora R4 BsOD
Hi,
I have recently started playing games on my Aurora R4 however the computer does the BsOD after about 30mins to 1 hour consistently with the STOP: 0X00000116 error (nvlddmkm.sys). I have tried doing a clean install of the display drivers using the http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/hk/en/hkdhs1/KCS/kcsarticles/articleview?docid=564244 method but also uninstalling/installing everything in safe mode with no luck. Have also tried swapping my graphics card with my other R4 (bought 2 at the same time) and still same result. Have tried literally 10 different drivers.
I have also unplugged any plugged in hardware (external hard drives etc).
Have run and passed the diagnostic test Diagnostic Id: G6S5YBX03292013023813
Thanks in advance for your help/insight. Computer is still under warranty.
My computer spec is:

Thanks for your quick response however this did not do anything to help.. I renamed the old file, expanded the new one from the latest drivers and copied it in as you suggested. It took about 15 minutes for the next bsod to happen. It only happens in game tho.
ps - I does not seem to be heat related.

Hi gordongekko,
The hardware diagnostics has passed and the drivers are also installed on the computer. This could drill down to Operating system issue.
Did you try installing Operating system on the computer?
Awaiting your response!

Reinstalling it you mean?
Seeing as these computer(s) been used scarcely and very few things installed on them and still under warranty this is not something I have done or considered. Paying as much as I have done for the computer I am expecting them to work. Full stop.
It just feels like the responses are the traditional top ten replies. Reinstall this, reinstall that. It is quite some time involved with doing that task and not really a definite solution to it.
Thanks for taking time to respond to the topic.
