Aurora R4 overheating

Hi, since few month my system fan go crazy (4100) rpm during gaming but since 2 days my fan always run at this speed even when im doing nothing. I found that 1 temperature sensor get around 104 C

All fan are working and are clean

I reinstalled command center and no change

Im not an expert so anyone got an idea what the problem ?

-Im thinking my waterpump is not working because the pump and hose are really hot but im not sure if its normal...
