Hi ‌,

So the system is not posting? or the system does post but you just can't get into the BIOS?

Try a power drain: unplug every external device from the system, disconnect the system from the power and hold the power button for around a minute so you can drain all the power out.

Let me now!

thks for help...but i bought the barebone computer online :case,460w power supply, stock air cooler then i put i6-6700k cpu ,2x8gb ddr4-2666,evga gtx-970 ,samsung 250gb ssd and tried to get into bios to set up installing window but as explanation i never get into it.that's why they parted out the R5...i think the bios chip could be collapsed...so i don't think Dell will cover the repair...let me know,i appreciate for all your help.

You are right, unfortunately we won't be able to cover it since it has received many 3rd party components already that weren't in the original config.

Due to the symptoms you describe we believe the issue may be on the motherboard.
