BIOS: Load Legacy OPROM

System: Alienware X51 R2, Windows 8.1 64-bit

I have the following A03 BIOS options set as follows:

Secure Boot Control: Disabled

Load Legacy OPROM: Enabled

Boot Mode: UEFI

Load Legacy OPROM must be enabled only to boot from a recovery software CDROM (not often).

Is there any performance hit or adverse effects of any kind if I leave Load Legacy OPROM enabled all the time?
