Hi my machine is blacking out its got to be windows 8 don't know what to do there is a double clicking sound coming from in side must be an alianin there on e that cant spell

Please help me understand does the computer freeze at windows 8 logo or Alienware logo?
Run diagnostics on the computer. Restart the computer by holding the FN and the power button simultaneously. Let the diagnostics complete.

What's the exact symptom?
