Blue Screen of death on new alienware
Hi,
I just received my new Alienware m17x R4, but within my first hour of use I have had three blue screens of death already. I only installed MacAfee enterprise antivirus 8.8, steam and mutorrent. The error message I get is:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
It then says it is dumping the memory and within a few seconds the computer reboots...
Does anyone know what to do? It kind of sucks since this laptop is brand new...

(I did the windows 7 memory scan and no errors were found)

I have the ATI 7970m, but up till now I have not played any intense game yet so I have been using the intel HD4000 chip so far I believe.

I had this just yesterday on the third system I got, and contacted support, what was told to me was to go a restore of the system via system restore.
After the system restore do the following as it is what was done via Alienware tech support yesterday to my system.
Type in advanced system settings, then hardware tab, then click device installation settings- then click no let me choose what to do, and on that list click never install driver software from windows update. then save.
