Cant install Alienware Command Center on my Alienware 13 r2 system
I was using it before everything was good. I did a clean install of Windows 10, and now it tells me that the SYSTEM IS NOT COMPATIBLE with the driver. The driver dosent even appear on the list of drivers in dell.com/support. There is even an especific driver for this exact computer model but it still gives me the same message. Help pleass, i got a ALIENWARE GRAPHICS AMPLIFIER which i cant use.

Can you please tell me which is the latest BIOS just to be sure?

So, nothing yet. I tried installing an older BIOS and now it says¨Running on an unsupported system¨. So nothing. Cant believe i cant use my graphics amplifier

Install the latest BIOS version, not an older one and reinstall the Command Center in a proper way following ALL the steps on this article: How to Remove and Reinstall the Alienware Command Center | Dell US
