Command Center Theme not compadible

Command Center and .NET Framework issues

I have recently gotten a new hard drive for my computer and when I re-installed all of the drives the command center would not work correctly, When I go to turn off the LED's it sends me a pop up which says the Theme I have is not compadible. I was wondering if I needed a different version but I got the drives from the Resource DVD that I got from the Alienware package and it still will not work. I am also having trouble with .NET Framework if anyone can help with that

My laptop:

• Alienware M14x
• 64 bit
• Intel(R) Core(TM) i7
• 8.00 GB (RAM)
• Windows 7 Home Premium
