Correct TS Phone Number?
I purchased the Premium Package with my system. What's the correct phone number for TS? I've been using the one in the owner's manual: (800) 254-3692, but it's not 24x7 and the help has been pretty variable.

Not sure about Premium Package benefits, but yes, that is the right number. Or, the direct TS line is toll-free: 866-287-6727

I believe the Premium Package contains the North American based support, which is My Tech Team, if I am correct. If you call the support number you listed, enter 7287226 when it asks for an extension number. That will get you directly to My Tech Team. They usually answer the phone very fast and are always available.
