Crackling noise using headphones M15x

Hello...I have read all the forums that I could find about this issue, but no resolvation....I have an M15x that has crackling noise on the upper level volume...above 75 percent. This is not normal. I have 5 more laptops...and none of them have this issue...I have reinstalled windows, drivers, everything. What am I supposed to do?
