DVD stuck after drop
Does anyone know how to eject a dvd from a optical slot drive. The laptop was dropped and works fine except the attempts to read / eject come with a buzzing sound in groups of three each time. Unit is an Alienware 17x. Drive is item # 429-AACX.

Well if you are still under warranty we can replace the optical drive, but pretty much the only way to take it out will be disassembling the optical drive.
