Dell/Area 51 Memory Compatibility

My Area 51 desktop currently has 6Gb of DDR3 memory at 1333MHz.  I would like to replace it with 3 4Gb units.  The Dell website lists SNPP382 HC/4G, which comes up with several Dell part numbers, each with a different computer specified.  The Dell Part No. for the Area 51/Area 51ALX is A3132536.  I have 2 questions:

1) Are the various computer-specific versions of the SNPP382HC /4G actually the same memory cards and configurations, and therefore interchangeable?

2) Would the following Kingston Value Ram memory be compatible as substitute for the Dell SNPP382HC 4/G:  Kingston KVR1333D3N9K3/12G?  It is a 3-piece kit of  1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM (Kit of 3)
Detailed Specifications:     Standard 512M X 64 Non-ECC 1333MHz 240-pin Unbuffered DIMM (DDR3, 1.5V, CL9, FBGA, Gold).

Dell does not specify the latency, which is here listed as CL9.  The other specs seem to be identical, as do the pictures on the Kingston and Dell websites.

I have an opportunity to get the Kingston memory from a friend in exchange for another piece of equipment I no longer use, so would be essentially free.
