ETA on M17xR2 battery charging fix????

I love waiting on a new bios every couple of months waiting for a fix for the charging issue. but this latest revision does the same thing every other one has done it will charge initially for a couple of boots then it just back to it wonderfull ways of not charging which is disappoint based on how much this unit costs and the amount of time it is taking to resolve this issue.

One of the ways i can get the battery to charge is to redock the battery while the unit is running which is getting anoying as of late. i would like to pick up and use the laptop with a charged battery but if i forget to do the little trick no battery.
