Help Please
Hey! :) I would like to know something. My laptop is an Alienware M17x-R3 and it has a problem , when I start my laptop , the screen sometimes stays black.(often)
I bought my laptop in U.S but now I live in Canada and I still have my guarantee. I would like to know if i can repair my laptop in canada or i have to sent it to U.S. Please help!

If you update your ownership details to your new address you can use Canadian service, I was going to buy my alienware from the US and transfer it to the UK, and dell assured me the warranty will transfer. Certain elements of the warranty don't tho, which meant I couldn't buy the full deal from the US :(
