How to reset my M17xR3 back to factory (Windows 7)

I have tried just about everything to get this back to factory. I DO NOT have a back up for this computer. Never did one. I tried using the disc that came with the computer. I coukdnt get it to work. I tried pressing F8 during the start up, that did not work. There is no option for "dell system factory reset" or whatever Dell says to do. Which owns Alienware, should work seamlessly together. I just have no idea on the steps. If someone could post how to reset this to factory, This process is making me want to just sell this computer and never give business to Dell again. Or windows for that matter.
