I cant seem to Find my Graphic Card.
I cnat seem to find it . GeForce Experience can find it aswell. when i try and re instal the Drivers i can says " there is no matching hardware for the Drivers you are trying to instal" im Running Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit.

What computer system do you own?
Maybe that will help me out identifying what the problem is.
Also, if you can go ahead and submit a screenshot of your Device Manager with the Display Adapters expanded that would help me out a lot.
