I didn't get the warranty i paid for.
So, I paid for an extended 2 year warranty on my Alienware Alpha when I purchased it. It advertised mail in repair after remote access. My Alienware alpha came with no information on my extended warranty. I looked online for my warrantyinformation. It says Limited Technical Support and Return to Depot.
Return to Depot seems to be a LOT different than Mail in Repair after remote access. Return to depot seems to force me to pay for all shipping and handling.
What's up?

Could just be a clerical error. You could call them and ask them about it. If you have it on your order they will correct it i'm sure. You could also wait for a rep to respond here but it could be a while.

Its the same thing, they shouldn't charge you or force you to pay for shipping. Return to Depot is the repair center they have and I have never heard of them making anyone pay to ship it to them or back.
