Killer Ethernet 2400 NW
Windows 10
17r3
I have been having intermittent problems with this for a while.Usually I just run diagnostics and it put the ethernet back online.
This AM I can't connect at all.
Things I have done:
Uninstall/re-install drivers
Tried to un-install Killer Suite, won't let me..Just keeps re-appearing in the programs list
Ran the Dell diagnostic and it tells me that there is a network cable unplugged, and that's where I am at now.
What network cable? It's wireless.
The network is fine,my phone and other laptop connect fine.Right now I have a Netgear USB wireless adapter on this computer and it is working fine. This computer is only a year old and I would like to use the wireless adapter that it comes with.
Going to call support when they wake up(hopefully it isn't in India) and see what they can do.I was hoping maybe I can get some answers in here.I have searched the internet and tried a LOT of the solutions for a while..Like I said this problem has been happening for a while, but I just run diagnostics and it reconnects to the network.
Thanks

Hi,
If you say you already removed and reinstalled the network drivers and it did not work, you can also try opening an elevated command prompt and running the following commands:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
Also, try updating your system BIOS.
