M14x R2 - Windows 8 - Issue Reformatting to Out-of-box State
Hello. I am wanting to reformat my HD back to the original, out-of-the-box state. When I use AlienRespawn to do a recovery I select "Factory Image," and then restart. When my computer restarts it just goes back to normal, exactly how it was before I went through AlienRespawn one minute prior.
Again, my system is an M14x R2, running 64-bit Windows 8.
Any help is apprectiated. Thank you.

Hello jg4444!
And have you tried to run the Alienreswpan from outside of windows? If not you can try it by pressing shift+F8 at the startup and select repair my computer.
