M17X R4 New Purchase now Im getting transferred 5 times on the phone for support.

Sorry if this is not the correct forum.

I cannot not get a straight answer and I just get transferred around.
The Email I sent a few days ago has not been answered.

I ordered an Alienware M17X R4 online.
My Order is in production and has not shipped.
I have my order number and customer number.

I forgot to upgrade my Warranty to the "One Year Advanced service plan"
I know its only $49, however I cant get an answer on how to do this.
I have my Credit card ready..

I dont want to be told that because I have had it delivered I cant upgrade or have to send it back and reorder.

Yes I first phoned Dell Warranty, They said they had to transfer me because there was no Service Tag Generated yet, Then the next person transferred me to the wrong person who then said I had to talk to Sales, that person said I had to talk to Customer service, that person said I had to talk to the Agent who helped me buy the Online order, that person is never in and I get Voice mail.

Is there a direct Sales number I can call with my Credit card and buy this Warranty?

Don't worry you can upgrade once the laptop arrives, they will make several attempts to sell you the upgraded warranty and an extended one as well, trust me, they will gladly take your money once the service tag is generated and the system can be associated with the warranty
