M17x-R1, Insert Buttons Not Responding
Computer: Alienware M17x R1 - Windows 7 64-Bit Home Edition - Note: First Used In January Of This Year.
Need Help With: Insert Buttons Not Responding.
The Problem: There are two INSERT buttons, one INSERT, and the other INS, which is on the keypad, and the INSERT is a function key which is right above BACKSPACE neither of which work, I've been having to use my really old computer too use INSERT, which is just a pain. If anyone has any knowledge on how to fix this problem, I'd like to hear it.

Hello Galacticsniper!
Are you able to connect an external keyboard to the system just to confirm if its hardware or a software issue?

ok, just tried a keyboard of mine, did not work, so I'm assuming that it's a software problem.

Maybe try reinstalling Alienware OSD? This is what controls the function keys.
