M17x R3 bluescreen issue

I've been getting bluescreens under the error DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

I can see the error is being caused by ntoskrnl.exe but I cant attach the dump files because it wont let me open them as an attachment from this site as an administrator.

I've updated my bios and all my drivers from the dell support site.

I'm very frustrated because I just payed 2,000 dollars for this laptop and its not working out very well.  To add to the frustration, I can see that the first dump from this error happened a few days BEFORE my laptop shipped to me, so it had issues when they sent it to me.

Anybody able to assist me?

One word... ridiculous. I would send it back and tell them you want a new one as no one should have to pay $2000 for a laptop that was not functioning correctly before it left the manufacturing plant, someone is not doing their job.
