M17x-R3 driver issues.

Hi there :). So I just recently did a fresh install of windows 7 on my Alienware m17x r3 laptop and low and behold, I guess I didnt know what I was doing. All of my drivers are messing up, and nothing is working. I deleted all the partitions, and then made a new one, and formated it before I installed. I am at a total loss. Please help. If you need any info I will be more then happy to provide, just explain how I can get it from my position. I just want to be able to play my games on it again.
