My AW M14x charger won't work.
Ok. So I just replaced my battery in my laptop. When the charger is plugged into the wall the blue ring comes on like normal. When I plug the charger into my laptop, the blue ring turns off and doesn't charge. I unplug from both sides and plug it back into the wall the light comes on and turns off when i plug it into the laptop again. Can anyone help me?

This means that the battery is not recognized by the AC adapter. You must be using Dell validated batteries. Did you buy the replacement battery directly from Dell spare parts?

If you remove the battery and power the M14x on with just the AC adapter, does it boot up successfully? If yes, the AC adapter is fine.
