My Alienware X51 R3 Keeps freezing.

I Got my X51 R3 Desktop computer about 9 months ago. I have had this issue since i plugged it in the first day. I wanted to try to figure out what was going on before i sent it back. I still haven't been able to figure out how to fix the problem. I've noticed that it will freeze on me 15 seconds or so after my input will appear and then disappear. It happens at least once every 6 hours and there are no overheating issues. I have windows 10 and i have disabled the PSI Express and i am still having the same issue. 

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
