Is there a way to unpark my cores i have the i3 i'd like it if there was some one who made a program to unpark them.

But will doing so cause any extra wear or tear on my CPU or any extra heat?

I monitor my CPU and other computer components temperature and haven't noticed extra heat.
See for yourself, the app. turns parking on or off - experiment.
I prefer to have all 8 logical processors on all the time.
