Need help with my Alienware M14x
I am having a little issue with my mean machine, While playing Songs there there is a annoying background craking sound like when i speaker goes bad ... I dont know..
I care for it like a baby.. While playing a video like a TV show or movie it sound Ok . But is kinda messy when playing a song .... Help me .. plz
Its only 10 months old...
Another issue i wanted to discuss was about it getting heated up..
What can i do to keep it kool.
Any settings i dont know about, Cooling pad. OR anything else. ???
Please help.

Test songs from local HDD, CD, and youtube. Post the results. 10 months old, time to blow out the dust via the vents. Had you already done this?

happens with all songs...
Nope havent done that yet..
Could u tell me how to do that, I can buid a Desk from Scratch but, haven't tried anything with a laptop yet ..

It is different per model but read through your service manual. Basically I would remove the bottom plastics, blow air through the fan and out the rear vent. Good video here.

No. That is a standard practice. We ask customers to reseat hardware all the time, same thing.

I have the Cooler Master NotePal X2 Notebook Cooling Pad for my M14X. I think it's the perfect size for it. It's a cool looking pad as well.
