New Alienware M11x Ram Upgrade Question

Hi, i was thinking of buying the new M11x with the core i7, and i see that all the upgradable ram are rated at 800Mhz. So i was wondering if i can put in a aftermarket ram that have a higher frequency.

To answer your question Yes but you need to take out your current and of course you have to change bios settings for your new ram so you have the correct settings in. If your adding to what you have no you cannot mix the two and if you do you will have issues.
