New Hard Drive installed on M14x, all programs lost.

I recently bought and received (after a month and a half on next-day shipping..) an Alienware M14x that had a malfunctioning hard drive. It had to be replaced, so it was replaced with a new, working hard drive. After I formatted, reinstalled the OS, installed some drivers to get it running, etc, etc, I could not find the pre-installed programs on any disks I received. Programs such as the integrated webcam program, Live Central, or something like that, I think? The Roxio CD reading program, and others. I had WoW, and Eve installed too, but I know where to download them from for free. I do not, however, know how to/where to find the other programs, like the two I mentioned beforehand, the Webcam, and Roxio programs. An agent told me just to google them and try to find it myself (Yaaay customer support), but I am having trouble finding the programs I had, at least for free. Am I going to have to pay to have them again? In that case, I will just go without. Any help is appreciated.
