Order processing and delivery times.

LONG lead time. What did u order? Even a complex custom order would be quickly processed once the parts were available and it reaches the front of the queue. Location may be the biggest factor. Where roughly are u located. In my experience the deadlines quoted can be weeks in excess of actually door delivery dates. Makes it even MORE delightful when it turns up unannounced. Currently I'm one week into antipated delivery date of July 4th.

Hope it arrives dry after the recent deluge haha. I'm just across the water in Belfast. Ordered laptop M17xR4 3d with SSD.

Hello, I ordered mine on May 26th and it came June 6. I live in Hawaii and I did some customizations. It depends on what form of payment you have. are you using a credit card or through a dell preferred account? In my case, they needed to call me and confirm all the information I put in to finally process the order. Your order is estimated to arrive on the 26th because they are assuming the worst case scenario. It shouldnt be that long. Build time usually takes 6--10 days depending on parts availability. and then. depending where you are from. It should take 5 days to 2 weeks to ship.

Hey guys, I ordered mine (M17xR4) on the 18th, but its still in pre-production.

My estimated delivery is the same as T2L - the 4th of july (pretty much the same spec too).

What stage is your order at now T2L?

In limbo?  Haha. Per-production,, but I think they are ready to dispatch, but the status update remains unchanged. I'm happy with that. Fingers crossed.

I ordered the OptX(TM) AW2310 23" Wd 3D monitor with my M17 R4; the laptop is due 6th july and the monitor was due today so I organised a day in to wait for the courier. Just checked the order status at midday and its changed the monitor date to 12th july! Not sure why it would take an extra 2 weeks when it was originally 5 working days...

Mines at  in production now, wonder how long that's gonna take! was only in pre-production for about 30 minutes.

I ordered the M18x r2 on 25th so excited to have a laptop that can play BF3 with a framerate higher than 20 on low lol.
