Please Help, Buying used Alienware...

I am new to these forums and I need some help from you good folk please...

I am about to buy my first ever Alienware Laptop (Used with 4 months warranty left) and i need some advice/info...

Is this Laptop worth the money? Is this Spec good? Are there any issues with this model?

Here are the details:

Alienware 14 Gaming Laptop (Intel Core I7 2.40Ghz, 8Gb Ram, Nvidia Gt765M) : The seller says that it is the 2013 edition, should read Alienware 14..

Is this an off the shelf spec?

The cost is £700.
