Hi,
The Dell support site does not list any drivers for windows 8 for this system and not sure if it will as this model is not under production anymore. However you can be assured upgrading to windows 8 will not void the system warranty.

Hi markshaheen,
Upgrading to Windows 8 will not void the warranty. If you need to install any drivers, use this below link that has drivers for few Alienware, Inspiron and XPS systems. These drivers was posted by one of our community members.

I don't see my X58 Wartime edition in the list. Pre Sept 2009
