Problem with 263.08 M11x R1 Video Drivers

I've got a bit of a problem with the 263.08 video drivers for the M11x R1. When I first turn on my laptop using the Intel video, the battery says 99% 6 hours left (or whatever it is). When I switch to the nVidia GPU and switch BACK to the Intel video, the hours now say 3 hours. I also checked GPUZ and CPU-ID, both the Intel video and nVidia GPU are present. Does this mean both are being used? So far, the only way I know how to properly turn off the Intel card is to restart my computer while set on the Intel card. Is there anyway to fix this problem? With the older video drivers, this does not happen. It properly switches back and forth and turns off the card completely..
