Query

Hello

I am a South African and thus we don't have a .co.za (a local domain) for the Alienware branch. I would like to buy a Alienware TactX headset & Mouse, unfortunately every retailer and online store I have enquired thus far have said they do not have in stock or that the suppliers will take 6-8 weeks. This is a major inconvenience. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction on where I could order it possibly directly from you and also an estimate of when it would reach me. I am very irritated that after waiting for over 2 weeks for some stores here to just let me know about orders to find out their supplies could not get ahold of any I mean could you not have told me that in the first four days? I hope someone can help me on this please do not refer me to the Alienware website as that will do me little good since it is a U.S website & I require a South African supplier.
