Recommended motherboard replacement for Aurora R3

I am looking to replace the motherboard on my Aurora R3.  I am super annoyed at the Windows 8.1 fiasco about the BIOS issues and no upgrade.  I have an i7-2600K CPU and Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 Dual SLI setup that came stock with the machine.

Ideally, i'd like to just swap out the board to be more stable with Windows 8.X and reuse all the parts I have and keep all the lighting working.  The machine is plenty fast for what I do with it and I'm really looking for just the stability and comparability to be better.

Are there any mobos out there that can accomplish this?  I've looked and can't seem to find any definitive answers without a lot of mods.
