Slow boot, random fan acceleration, boot screen graphics failure, blue screening
Been having a few issues with my 15 r2, been keeping it up to date and looking after it but it just seems to be slowly dying for some reason, its 6 months old. At the point where i dont k ow weather to swap it out or try and get it resolved some how.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues. Do you know what are the blue screen error codes? Have you ran an an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system? If not, try running it to check the main hardware components. Click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let us know if you receive any errors.
