Springy keyboard on Alienware M17x Laptop

I recieved my M17x a couple of months ago and although the keyboard works, it is very springy on the left side.

You can feel and see keyboard keys bounce basically from the TGB keys and to the left when typing. Anybody else have this concern? Everything works fine. It's mainly a quality issue and it does bother me somewhat.

That's just keyboard flex.  I have it too and I'm sure all of them have it.  It's not THAT big of a deal and it's not that much of a quality issue.  You'll be hard pressed to find a laptop without any keyboard flex.

Also for me, I have flex from TGB to the left (like you) and a lot around the number pad.

My number pad is rock solid, so that would definately indicate a quality issue.

We have a couple relatively new Dell laptops (one year or less) , XPS studio and XPS , however they are solid and firm.

For a high end product being Alienware, I would expect better.
