Tactx keyboard left and right arrow keys stopped working
hi,
as the title suggests.. my 2 days old tactx keyboard came with problems, the left and right arrow keys stopped working, is there any fix for this or is there any new firmware for it??

and they dont work in notpad or command prompt

Hi notea,
Does this happen while using any particular application like email..?
Check if the keys work in command prompt and notepad as well.
You may also check the status in Safe mode with networking (Windows 7). Restart the
computer and tap F8 at Dell logo and select Safe mode with networking.
Post back the results.

the arrow keys just stopped working/or never worked.. tried it on my laptop and also in bios, the arrow keys seem to be dead

well, i returned it to my local dealer from where i got it and got a razer blackwidow ultimate.. so problem solved
