Unexpected overvolt
Hi everyone,m
I would like to know if my CPU is safe..
My system is Alienware 17 inch R3 with i7-6700hq locked at 3.5ghz max , just wanted to undervolt to reduce temp and everything is just fine at -0.14volt offset using XTU programe .. but when testing stability with negtive -0.15volt instead of that I missed and put postive +0.15volt value by mistake !!
No crash when i notice that corrected the value but still afraid is that harmful ? Did that reduced my cpu preformance or life span :( please help and thanks ♡♡

short answer no...
not enough to do damage, ive gone plenty higher then that on cpu's and not harm and you seem to have caught it pretty quick.. I wouldn't worry .
