Unknown Device - ACPI\CPL0002\2&DABA3FF&2
Hi! Can someone help me please. I'm running Windows 8.1 clean install on my Alienware m17x R4 and noticed the unknown device. I already tried googling and downloading various driver to try to fix this problem but still the problem persists. I already tried updating the drivers for OSD application, Freefall Sensor, Chipsets... Nothing seems to work... I read that it may be a wireless On/Off driver, but I already installed the airplane mode ON/Off an that works perfectly. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Hi!
The Hardware ID seems to be for the OSD driver, try to re-install it using the latest version from this link. I also recommend you check this article to make sure you've installed all the drivers in the correct order.

Thank you very much for your immediate response. The information was very helpful indeed. I reinstalled all the drivers in the order that you had mentioned and uninstalled and reinstalled the OSD driver which fixed the problem. Thank you again for your speedy assistance!
